Maxispace Staging and Redesign will assist you in various areas to improve your home for quick sale at an increased price.  We provide services that can encompass an initial consultation, written report, staging – either half or full day – or for the do-it-yourselfers, we can provide a prepared step-by-step guide.  

Initial Consultation.  This visit will give you the foundation upon which staging takes place so you receive an increased profit from the sale of your house.  I will go over information concerning our 8-step staging process when I view each room as a potential purchaser might.  If time allows, I will quickly stage a bathroom or kitchen area with your accessories.  And you will see first hand the positive changes that come about.  $50.00 

Top Ten Priority Report.  This report will give you an enhanced reference of what needs to be done to maximize your space and add the visual details in each room.  Some staging is done during the session.  This report works for a house that needs a little additional “wow” factor and can be done by the seller(s).  $200.00 

Half-Day Home Staging.  This is used for homes that do not intend to have every room staged (or redesigned) and under 2000 square feet.  Maxispace Staging and Redesign will rearrange furniture in several rooms, accessorize, and enhance space while using your furniture, and in most cases, your accessories.  Additional accessories, etc. will be purchased when we work within your budget.  $350.00 

Full-Day Home Staging.    A full-day staging project is used for a home over 2000 square feet.  In this kind of project, we will enhance the whole house (if time allows).  You will see a unique transformation of rooms that will show the positive aspects of each.  Color and light will flow, as the composition of a room draws the purchaser(s) eyes to the beauty.  We can do the accessory shopping or give you details about what would work to make the room outstanding.  Before and after pictures can be supplied to your realtor and you.  $575.00 

Action Plan.  This services is in addition to the Top Ten Priority Report.  Maxispace Staging and Redesign will go through each room of your house and identify what needs to be done to enhance its beauty and maximize its space.  In a 10-page report, you will get all the tips needed to transform your home.  The session is an additional hour long and you receive a written itemized report.  $150.00

Manual for the Do-it-Yourselfer.  This manual is thirty or more pages giving details of all the actions Maxispace Staging and Redesign would take when staging a more than 2000 square foot home.  You will have all the information at your fingertips for staging and redesigning your home for a quick sale.  $325.00 

Staging Weekend.  A staging weekend is done prior to your house going on the market or prior to your first open house. This is for a home up to 3000 square feet.  Maxispace Staging and Redesign will complete the action plan for your home, and work within your budget, to completely transform each room into the buyer’s great first impression.  The visual transformation will refine and define your home.  You will receive the written action plan, as well as photos to use in marketing your home.  $850.00 

Shopping Service.  This service is provided at $50.00 per hour.
